Biography | Marc Gross

For over four decades, MARC I. GROSS has pursued securities fraud class actions at Pomerantz LLP, which has served as Plaintiffs' Lead Counsel in many landmark cases, including Stoneridge Capital (U.S. Supreme Court), Petrobras and Barclays (2d Circuit 2017)

Mr. Gross frequently speaks on shareholder-related issues, both in the U.S and abroad, including annual ILEP conference, Loyola University Chicago School of Law Annual Institutes for Investor Protection Conferences; the National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems' ("NCPERS") Legislative Conference; Tel Aviv Institutional Investors Forum; National Association of Pension Funds Conference in Edinburgh. He has also lectured classes at Columbia Law School and Bar Ilan Law School in Tel Aviv. His articles on securities law issues have been published in Loyola-Chicago Law Review, Arizona Law Review, New York Law Journal and Securities Law 360.

Besides being President-Elect of ILEP, Mr. Gross is on the board of T'ruah, the Rabbis Call for Human Rights, and previously served on the board of Neighbors Helping Neighbors located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
